When I first met Meg and Rob, my first thoughts were, \u201cOh my gosh, what an absolutely ADORABLE couple!\u201d Rob is cover-of-GQ handsome and Meg pulls off both cute and sexy Natalie-Portman-style. I also just LOVED Meg\u2019s taste in everything, from her gorgeous Maggie Sottero wedding gown with a bow in the back, to the black polka-dot ribbon she chose to have tied around her bridesmaids bouquets. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meg got ready with her girls in one of the rooms at the Parker Hill Community Church<\/a> in Clark\u2019s Summit. Seeing her interact with her best friends, it was easy to spot all the things Rob must love about her. I was even laughing from behind my camera as her maid of honor was pulling up her garter and Meg goes \u201cOh no, you gotta buy me dinner first!\u201d <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We had time for a couple quick pictures of just Meg in her dress. She had a tendency to get really nervous in front of the camera, but I still managed to snap some nice, natural shots when she looked like she was least expecting it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The ceremony at Parker Hill was beautiful and emotional. The tear in Rob\u2019s eye as Meg was walking down the aisle with her dad just really said it all.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There was a special surprise at the end; when the officiant had everyone bow their heads to pray Meg and Rob snuck up to the drum-set on stage and Rob showed off his mad drummer skills to all 200+ of the couples\u2019 wedding guests.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After hashing out a long list of family formals inside the church, there wasn\u2019t much time left for the bridal party\/bride-and-groom shots the couple had planned to take at the Baptist Bible College<\/a>, but we still managed to get a few goodies before heading over the reception.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I\u2019m going to go ahead and just say that Meg and Rob\u2019s reception at Fiorelli\u2019s in Peckville was just INSANE\u2026 in a good way of course! For starters, once again Meg did a beautiful job with the details.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We started slow with the traditional dances, which each had their own highlights. Meg\u2019s dad lifted and twirled her in a circle while hugging; Rob\u2019s mom was completely welled up with emotion, and you could just FEEL the love in Meg and Rob\u2019s kiss after their first dance together. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The guests moved onto the dancefloor, and the party really started to get WILD! When I saw a perfect circle forming, I quick made a run for the fish-eye and got back just in time to catch the bride rocking it out with her mom and one of the groomsmen doing the best worm I\u2019ve ever seen at a wedding!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It had been a while since I posted a good cake smashing, so I just had to include a few from this one. When the DJ asked the guests how many people thought Meg and Rob would feed each other \u201cnicely\u201d a whopping TWO people raised their hands! I guess the majority ruled!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s just all take a minute to appreciate Congo line leaders, awesome DJ favors, the cupid shuffle, and hilarious wedding-party members who kindly dress up like village people; these shots wouldn\u2019t have been possible without you! <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

To Meg and Rob: all I can say is wow! You really had a wedding that all your guests are sure to remember for many years to come. You two are the definition of young, beautiful and in love\u2026 in the kind of way I envision our grandparents probably were when they got married; you know the ones who are always the last ones standing on the dance-floor in the whose-been-married-the-longest competition at weddings. Here\u2019s to that being you two 54 years down the road, and hats off to Rob\u2019s effort to get to Meg in the middle of that circle after the dollar dance. I call this last photo \u201cGroom crowd-surfing!\u201d<\/p>\n
