Trisha and Justin are a beautiful, outdoorsy, free-spirited kind of couple. In fact, our first meeting with them was one of the longest we’ve ever had, and we seriously felt like we could have just kept on talking, even bared our souls to these people! They just have a way of putting others at ease around them.

While the two had originally wanted to have their shoot at Red Rocks, some of the grandest of nature-y scenes, I was actually really happy that there was a concert there that night, as it turned out to be our opportunity to be introduced to Washington Park!

The couple showed up armed to the teeth with props, including bicycle’s, a picnic blanket, flowers, and their adorable Mastiff puppy Sophie! We did our best to incorporate everything, while still keeping the session about the two of them!

The park had no shortage of gnarly trees for the couple to play on. We were so glad they were willing to climb!

Last stop was the North side of the park, where we snuck in a few last shots with a small willow tree that had special meaning to the couple.
