Young Love. It’s one of the most beautiful things on the planet, and last Saturday I had the special honor capturing it for the lovely Erin and Mike.
The ceremony took place at St. Patrick Parish in Malvern and the Reception at the Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield. The rain timed itself just perfectly for us to arrive at the reception venue in a downpour, so we were forced to shoot all the couple’s portraits indoors.
We may have been relegated to the covered patio downstairs, but the gorgeous couple and a little bit of soft light filtering in was all we needed to come away with stunning bride and groom photos. I was told the guests would be mostly on the older side so not to expect much dancing, but that turned out to be dead wrong! The joy for the couple had everyone and their mother (literally) cutting a rug in celebration, while the couple snuck in some romantic private moments.
