There’s a new trend gaining momentum in the wedding industry, and that’s having your actual proposal photographed! It’s such a special moment in a couple’s future together, I have no idea how preserving it through photography took this long to become a thing.
This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting my second such session for the beautiful Brittany and Gregory at Yeager’s Farm and Market! Not only is it super fun to see the couple’s faces during this moment, the newly engaged bliss is always super apparent in the quick handful of portraits we take immediately afterwards. One of my favorite parts is always the bride-to-be’s reaction when she realizes there is a photographer there capturing it all.
Brittany was completely surprised thinking they had just gone to pick out a tree, and Gregory couldn’t look more adoring of his new fiance. What an awesome experience for me to be able to capture these special moments for them.
