There’s nothing more rewarding than having the opportunity to photograph a couple’s actual proposal and then be hired to shoot their wedding. I knew from the moment I saw the sheer joy on Kylie’s face after Spencer got down on one knee that this was going to be a wedding that I really wanted to be part of it. I pictured it being full of laughter, fun, tears, and beautiful romantic moments, and boy was I ever right!
In spite of starting portraits a record hour and a half behind schedule, eliminating just about all of our planned photo time, we were blessed with beautiful grounds at the Philander Chase Knox Estate, a stunning couple, and gorgeous sundrenched light for a few minutes after the ceremony.
The chemistry between Kylie and Spencer brought something really “extra” to their couple’s portraits, while big energy coming from friends and family made for some extremely fun reception photos!
